Hey there, let’s talk about this Tsukasa Fushimi fella. I heard he writes them light novels, you know, them picture books for grown-ups. Tsukasa Fushimi, yeah, that’s the name.

Now, I ain’t no fancy book reader, but I hear tell this Tsukasa guy is kinda a big deal. Born in 1981, which makes him… well, younger than my grandkid, that’s for sure. He’s Japanese, from some place called Chiba. Don’t know where that is, probably far away from here.
- Started writin’ in 2006: He started this whole writin’ thing with a book called Jūsanbanme no Alice. Sounds kinda spooky, huh? Don’t know what it’s about, probably some young people stuff.
- Then came Oreimo in 2008: This Oreimo book, that’s the one that made him famous, I reckon. Folks went crazy for it. It’s about a brother and a sister, but not like my brother and me, always fightin’ over the last piece of pie. This sister, she’s all into them animes, them cartoons from Japan. And the brother, well, he gets mixed up in it all.
This Oreimo thing, it ain’t just a book, you know? They made it into them moving picture cartoons, them animes, and even comic books, them mangas. It’s a whole big thing! People like it ’cause it’s funny, I guess, and maybe a little bit… weird. But hey, young folks like weird stuff these days.
Now, they say Tsukasa Fushimi, he don’t even have a sister. Can you believe it? He made up all that sister stuff in Oreimo outta his own head! That’s some imagination, right? I couldn’t do that, not even if you paid me a whole lot of money.
He wrote another one too, called Eromanga Sensei. That one’s about a brother and a sister too, but this sister, she draws them… pictures for them grown-up books. You know, the kind you hide under your mattress? Yeah, that kind. Don’t tell nobody I told ya.
Folks online, they talk about him a lot. Say he’s got a whole bunch of books, over sixty of ’em. They give ’em ratings, like stars or somethin’. His most popular book, that’s Oreimo, no surprise there. People really love that sister story.
Some folks say his writin’ style is funny, even when the story is serious. Like that Jūsanbanme no Alice book. It’s got fights and stuff, but it’s still funny, they say. I don’t get it, but that’s what they say.

Anyways, this Tsukasa Fushimi seems to be doin’ alright for himself, writin’ them books and makin’ people happy. Or maybe makin’ ’em scratch their heads, I dunno. But he’s gettin’ talked about, and that’s gotta count for somethin’, right? Even an old woman like me has heard his name, so he must be doin’ somethin’ right. He keeps writin’, and folks will keep readin’, I reckon. That’s how it works, ain’t it? You make somethin’, and somebody else buys it. That’s the way of the world.
Now, I gotta go feed the chickens. All this talk about books is makin’ my head spin. But remember that name, Tsukasa Fushimi. He’s the one writin’ them stories about sisters and cartoons and all that young people stuff. You might like it, you might not. But he’s out there, doin’ his thing.
