Alright, alright, let’s talk about them TV actresses, the ones all the young folks are gabbing about. You know, the pretty ones on the shows. They’re always dressed up fancy, sometimes not dressed up much at all, if you catch my drift.
Them Clothes They Wear
Lordy, some of them outfits! I saw one girl on the TV the other day, and her dress was so short, I thought it might fly away! Then there’s them others with the, uh, “plunging necklines” they call ’em. I tell you what, it’s enough to make an old woman blush. They got these “thong bottoms,” too, tiny little things, barely there. And those “designer tops,” they cost more than my whole house, I bet! It’s all about showing skin, it seems. They call it fashion, I call it… well, never you mind. But I guess that’s what folks want to see these days.
Always in the News
- These actresses, they’re always in the news, ain’t they? Seems like every time you turn around, there’s a picture of one of ’em in a magazine or on the internet. They call it “entertainment news” or “celeb gossip.” I don’t pay much mind to it myself, but my granddaughter, she’s always reading about ’em.
- They talk about their “movies” and “TV shows,” and who’s dating who, and what they’re wearing. It’s a whole different world, I tell ya. And the “photos”! My goodness, the photos. They’re everywhere.
- Sometimes I see ’em in “bikinis.” Now that’s somethin’. Little bitty things, them bikinis. They say it’s “aspirational,” like we should all wanna look like that. Well, let me tell ya, at my age, the only thing I’m aspiring to is a comfy chair and a good cup of tea.
Famous Names, Big and Small
I can’t keep track of all their names, but my granddaughter, she knows ’em all. She talks about this one and that one, all the time. She mentioned some names… Deepika Padukone, Mrunal Thakur, Disha Patani, yeah, those were some. Oh, and that Kareena Kapoor Khan, and that wild one, Poonam Pandey. There’s a whole bunch of ’em, from all over. Some are big stars, some are just starting out, but they all seem to want the same thing: to be famous and on TV.
Summer Fun and “Sexy Snaps”
And in the summertime? Forget about it! That’s when they all start showing off them bikinis. They call ’em “sexy snaps” now, pictures of ’em on the beach or by the pool. My granddaughter showed me some pictures of that Megan Thee Stallion girl, and let me tell ya, she wasn’t wearin’ much! They say it’s all part of the “summer fun,” but I think it’s just another way to get attention. And them Bollywood actresses, like that Janhvi Kapoor and Esha Gupta, they’re in on it too. It’s a whole thing, this “sexy” business.
It’s a Different World
Well, that’s the way it is these days, I guess. Times have changed. When I was young, things were different. We didn’t have all this TV and internet stuff. But the young folks, they love it. And these actresses, they know how to keep ’em watching. They got their fancy clothes and their “sexy snaps” and their “gossip,” and it all adds up to… well, I don’t rightly know what it adds up to, but it sure keeps folks entertained. And I guess that’s the whole point, ain’t it?
