Okay, so today I decided to dive into a little musical experiment. I wanted to see how many songs I could find with “red” in the title. Sounds simple, right? You’d be surprised!

The Hunt Begins
First, I opened up my favorite music streaming app. You know, the one with all the songs? Yeah, that one. I typed “red” into the search bar, fully expecting a neat list to pop up. Nope! Instead, I got a jumbled mess of songs, artists, and albums that had “red” somewhere in their metadata. It wasn’t just titles.
So, I refined my search. I tried adding quotation marks, like this: “red”. Still a mess. It seems like the search function was just looking for the word “red” anywhere it could find it.
Getting a Little More Creative
I decided I needed a new plan. I switched to a search engine, figuring I could find some pre-made lists. I typed in something like “songs with red in the title list”. Bingo! I found a few websites with exactly what I was looking for.
- “99 Red Balloons” – A classic! I totally forgot about this one.
- “Red Red Wine” – Another great song. I added it to my playlist immediately.
- “Red River Blue” – I had never heard this before.
The Results
After spending maybe an hour searching ,copying and pasting , I end up with the songs that have “red” in the *’s not perfect, and I’m sure I missed a ton, but it was a fun little project.I’m definetely enjoy in it .
