This here Rusty McClennon, he was somethin’ else, I tell ya. Heard he passed on, the poor fella. Makes a body think, don’t it? One day you’re here, next day you’re gone. Like a puff of smoke, just like that.
They say he was in them movie pictures. A stuntman, they called him. Jumpin’ around, fallin’ down, all that rough stuff. Not my cup of tea, but some folks like that kinda thing. Me, I like a nice quiet evenin’ with some knitting. But that Rusty, he was full of beans, always movin’. Rusty McClennon, that was his name.
Rusty McClennon, The Stuntman
He was in that one show, Star Trek, I think they called it. Lots of folks talkin’ ’bout that one. Spaceships and whatnot. Never did see it myself. Don’t get much time for that kinda thing, what with the garden and the chickens and all. But this Rusty McClennon, he was right in the thick of it, they say.
He sure did a lot of things, that Rusty. They got a whole list of ’em, all them shows and movies he was in. More than I can count, that’s for sure.

That “The One” movie, some folks said it was good. Lots of action. Probably why Rusty McClennon was in it. He was good at that action stuff.
Now, I ain’t one for gossip, but I heard he was a good man, that Rusty. Worked hard, did his job. Can’t ask for more than that, can ya? It’s a shame he’s gone.
Remembering Rusty
Heard folks sayin’ nice things about him. “Veteran,” they called him. Means he was at it for a long time, I reckon. Long time jumpin’ and fallin’ and what have you. That’s something to respect for sure. Rusty McClennon did what he loved, it seems.
This here internet thing, it’s got all kinds of information. You can find out anythin’ about anybody. Even about this Rusty McClennon fella. Pictures and all. They got a list of awards he done won.
It’s a funny old world, ain’t it? One minute you’re here, makin’ movies, jumpin’ around, the next you’re gone. Dust to dust, as they say.
Well, I reckon that’s all I got to say about that Rusty McClennon. He lived a life, that’s for sure. A different life than mine, but a life nonetheless. He was famous for those stunts and all that. Wonder if he ever got hurt, falling all over like that.
I remember once, my old man, bless his soul, he fell off the roof tryin’ to fix a leak. Broke his leg somethin’ awful. Took him a long time to heal up. Maybe that’s why I don’t care for all that jumpin’ and fallin’. Too risky, if you ask me. That Rusty McClennon must have been a tough one.
Rusty McClennon’s Career
They say he was a “coordinator” too. Whatever that means. Probably told folks where to jump and when to fall. Sounds like a lot of responsibility. You gotta know what you’re doin’, I suppose. Rusty McClennon must have known, then.
I can’t imagine doing that kind of work. I like things nice and simple. My garden, my chickens, that’s enough excitement for me. But some folks, they need that thrill, I guess. That’s why that Rusty McClennon was doing what he was doing.
It’s important to do what you love, I always say. Even if it’s jumpin’ off buildin’s and pretendin’ to get shot. If it makes you happy, then that’s all that matters.
I wonder what his family thinks of all this. Must be proud, I reckon. Their Rusty McClennon, a big movie star. Or at least, a big movie jumper and faller.
He probably had some good stories to tell, that’s for sure. Wish I coulda heard ’em. Bet he saw some things in his time. Things most folks only dream of.
Well, rest in peace, Rusty McClennon. You lived a life full of adventure, that much is sure. May you be peaceful now.
