Alright, let’s talk about this Milky Animation Label thing. I ain’t no fancy city gal, ya know? But I can tell ya what I see.
So, this Milky Animation thing, they make them moving picture shows. Like them cartoons, but for grown-ups, I reckon. They call ’em “anime,” sounds all foreign and whatnot. They got all sorts of stories, some real head-scratchers, let me tell ya.
One of them fellers who knows about these things told me they got shows with strange ideas and strange people in ‘em. Yup, strange. That’s what he said. Like that show, “Tonight, Only Just For You.” Sounds like somethin’ my old man woulda mumbled after a few too many moonshines. Then there’s “Taboo Charming Mother.” Lord have mercy, I don’t even wanna think about what that one’s about. Sounds like somethin’ the preacher would warn us about. And “Mistreated Bride?” Well, that just sounds plain sad. Poor gal.
They say you can find these Milky Animation shows all over the place. On that Amazon thing, that Apple TV thing. All them newfangled contraptions the young’uns are always glued to. I still prefer my old radio, myself. But I guess these moving pictures are all the rage now.
Now, this feller also told me they got games and stuff too. Like, you look at a picture and guess the character, or somethin’ like that. Sounds like somethin’ for the kids, but hey, whatever floats your boat. They even got people dressin’ up like these cartoon folks, “cosplay” they call it. Imagine that! Grown adults playin’ dress-up. Well, I guess it ain’t hurtin’ nobody.
I saw some pictures from these Milky Animation shows once. Big eyes, colorful hair, all kinds of crazy outfits. Reminds me of them dolls my granddaughter used to play with, only these ones look a bit more… grown up. And the stories, well, from what I hear, they ain’t your grandma’s fairy tales, that’s for sure. Lots of drama, lots of romance, sometimes even some fightin’ and whatnot. Like a soap opera, but with cartoons.
One thing’s for sure, these Milky Animation folks, they sure are busy. They got a whole bunch of shows, all different kinds. Some are funny, some are sad, some are just plain weird. But I guess that’s what people like these days. Somethin’ different, somethin’ to take their minds off their troubles. Lord knows we all got enough troubles these days.

- The stories are full of drama and romance, and sometimes fighting.
So, if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ different to watch, maybe give this Milky Animation a try. Just don’t come cryin’ to me if it’s too weird for ya. I warned ya! And if you see that “Taboo Charming Mother” one, well, you’re on your own. I ain’t watchin’ nothin’ like that. Give me a good ol’ Western any day.
But hey, to each their own, right? If them young’uns wanna watch their cartoons with the big eyes and crazy hair, let ‘em. Me? I’ll stick to my radio and my stories. At least I know what’s goin’ on in them. These newfangled shows, they just confuse me half the time. Too much flashin’ lights and complicated plots. Give me somethin’ simple, somethin’ I can understand. Like a good cup of coffee and a biscuit on a cold mornin’. Now that’s somethin’ I can get behind.
But I tell you what, these folks at Milky Animation must be doin’ somethin’ right. Everybody’s talkin’ about ’em. Even old biddies like me hear about ’em, and that’s sayin’ somethin’. So, if you’re bored and lookin’ for a new show to watch, give ’em a shot. Just don’t expect it to make any sense half the time. And for goodness sake, keep that “Taboo Charming Mother” away from the kids! That’s all I gotta say about that.
Anyways, that’s my two cents on this Milky Animation Label. Take it or leave it. I’m just an old woman, what do I know about these things? But I do know a thing or two about good stories, and maybe, just maybe, these Milky Animation folks got a few good stories to tell. Who knows? Maybe I’ll even give one of them shows a try someday. But don’t hold your breath. I still got that radio, and it works just fine.
