Okay, so the other day I was trying to find some movies similar to “Private Lessons.” You know, that coming-of-age, slightly scandalous vibe? I figured there had to be a bunch out there, so I started digging.
My Search Begins…
First, I just hit up Google. I typed in stuff like “movies like Private Lessons” and “coming of age movies 80s” – you know, the basic stuff. I scrolled through a few pages of results, mostly list articles and forum discussions. I made a quick list of some of the titles that popped up most often:

I watched a few of them in the last week.
