So, I gotta tell you guys about this thing I did the other day. I’m a huge fan of Daniel Tosh, the comedian, you know? He’s hilarious! So when I saw he was coming to the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville, I just knew I had to go.

The show was scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2023, at 7:00 PM. That date was like, burned into my brain. I was counting down the days!
First thing I did was, I tried to find out when the tickets were gonna go on sale. I saw somewhere online that they were going on sale on Friday, so I marked that on my calendar. I was refreshing the page like crazy that morning.
- Checked the Tennessee Theatre’s website.
- Looked at some ticket selling websites.
- Even saw some event pages talking about it.
When it is time, I went in and bought two tickets! One for me, and one for my buddy, Mike. He’s a big Tosh fan too.
Then came the long wait. It felt like forever until September 18th finally rolled around. I made sure I had the day off work and everything.
Finally, the day arrived! Mike and I drove down to Knoxville. It’s a pretty cool city, by the way. We got there a bit early, so we grabbed some food and walked around downtown for a bit.
We headed to the Tennessee Theatre, this beautiful old building. We got in, found our seats, which were pretty good, by the way. Not front row or anything, but a decent view.

The Show
The lights dimmed, the crowd went wild, and there he was! Daniel Tosh walked out on stage, and the place went nuts! He started his routine, and let me tell you, the guy was on fire. I was laughing so hard my stomach hurt.
He did all sorts of new material, and it was all gold. He even did some crowd work, which is always fun. And at the end, he ended up talking about his new project, “TOSH SHOW”.
After the show, Mike and I were just buzzing. We talked about our favorite jokes all the way home. It was one of those nights you just don’t forget.
Honestly, if you ever get a chance to see Daniel Tosh live, do it! You won’t regret it. It was an amazing night, and I’m so glad I went. I’ll be talking about that show for years to come, I bet.
