Alright, let’s gab a bit about them TV nerds, you know, the shows all them young’uns are watchin’ nowadays. I ain’t got much book learnin’, but I do watch me some TV when the chores are done.
These shows, they got all this tech stuff. Like that Silicon Valley show. It’s about computers and what not, but it’s really about the folks, how they get along, or don’t get along, while makin’ all that fancy stuff. Reminds me of the folks down at the mill, always squabblin’ but gettin’ the job done, somehow.
Then there’s them shows with monsters and space and superheroes. Netflix, they got a whole bunch. Haunting of Hill House, sounds spooky, don’t it? And somethin’ called Altered Carbon. Don’t ask me what that means, I just watch the pretty pictures. And Maniac. Kids these days, they like things weird.
But you know, some of it’s pretty good. Gets your mind off things, you know? Better than starin’ at the chickens all day.
Folks online, they got their lists, votin’ on which nerdy show is the best. They like the geeky science stuff, all them spaceships and robots. Guess everyone likes different things. Me, I like a good story, somethin’ that makes you laugh or maybe even shed a tear, ain’t got nothin’ to do with fancy gadgets.
- Some shows are about hacking. You know, breakin’ into computers. Don’t know why they’d wanna do that, seems like a lot of trouble. But they make it look excitin’ on TV.
- Then there’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Got these two smarty-pants characters, Jemma and Leo. Always tinkerin’ with somethin’. But they fall in love, see? Love always sneaks in, even when you’re busy buildin’ robots.
- And Pantheon, I heard that one’s good too. Don’t know what it’s about, but the kids like it, I see them chat on their phones about it.
This past year, lots of shows about tech, they say. Some good, some bad. But hey, that’s life, ain’t it? Some days the sun shines, some days it rains. Some shows make you think, some just make you wanna turn the darn thing off.
So, if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ to watch, there’s plenty of geeky shows out there. Pop some popcorn, put on your comfy clothes, and escape for a while. Just like readin’ a good book, only with more explosions and funny-lookin’ aliens.
This ain’t no fancy guide, just an old woman’s thoughts on them TV nerds. Take it or leave it, makes no difference to me. I’ll be here, watchin’ my shows, and mindin’ my own business. But if you ask me, a good story is a good story, no matter how many gadgets they got in it.
I like those nerdy TV shows that make me laugh. Sometimes them smart folks on TV say the dumbest things, and it reminds me of some of the folks around here. We all got our quirks, ain’t we?
Geek culture TV shows. That’s what they call them. Geeks and nerds, same thing in my book. Just folks who like different things than most. And that’s alright. The world would be a boring place if we all liked the same things.
So there you have it, my two cents on best nerdy TV shows. Find somethin’ you like, and enjoy it. Life’s too short to be worryin’ about what everyone else is watchin’. Now, if you’ll excuse me, my show’s comin’ back on.
