Well, howdy there! You wanna know about some movies like that “Wild Things,” huh? That one with all them twists and turns and whatnot. Alright, I’ll tell ya what I know. I ain’t no fancy movie critic or nothin’, but I watch my fair share of stories on that TV thing.
First off, they got this “Wild Things 2“. Now, I ain’t seen it myself, but I hear it’s kinda like the first one, but with different folks. You know, more of that sneaky business and whatnot. They say it’s got Susan Ward and Isaiah Washington in it. Don’t know them from Adam, but hey, maybe they’re good actors. It came out in 2004, so it’s been a while. You might find it on one of them channels, like Encore Mystery they say.
Then there’s this movie called “The Way” from 2011. Now, this one ain’t nothin’ like “Wild Things” when it comes to the… you know… the *spicy* stuff. It’s about a family, and it’s sad, real sad. Some fella named Emilio Estevez directed it. It’s a Spanish thing, I think. So, if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ to make ya cry, this might be it. But if you want the sneaky stuff like “Wild Things”, this ain’t it, not one bit.
- But hold on, there’s more! People are always lookin’ for movies like other movies, ya know? They go on these websites and ask, “Hey, what’s like this ‘Wild Things’ movie?”
- Some folks say “The Game” from 1997 is kinda similar. I reckon it’s got some twists and turns too. And then they talk about movies that are sad and make you think, like that “Where the Wild Things Are” movie. That ain’t the same, though. That’s for kids, I think. Or maybe not. These days, you never know.
- And then there’s a whole bunch of ’em on places like Netflix, Amazon, and iTunes. They say there’s this website, “Letterboxd” or somethin’, made by fans down in New Zealand, and they got a list of ’em. And “Filmaffinity” too. Sounds fancy, don’t it? All these places, they got lists of movies that are alike in some way or another. So you wanna find somethin’ like “Wild Things,” you gotta dig around, see?
- Oh, and somebody mentioned “Foursome.” Now, I ain’t got a clue what that’s about, but they say it’s similar to “Wild Things.” So you might wanna check that out too. It’s probably got some of that… you know… that *drama* and whatnot. They say you can find it on Netflix and them other places too.
So, there you have it. A whole mess of movies that might be like “Wild Things” or not. You just gotta try ’em out and see for yourself. Some are sneaky, some are sad, some are for kids, and some are just plain weird. But that’s the movies for ya. Always somethin’ different.
Now, if you ask me, I like a good western. You know, cowboys and horses and shootin’ and all that. But these young folks, they like all this twisty-turny stuff. Can’t hardly keep up with it all. But hey, to each their own, I always say. You find what you like and stick with it. And if you like “Wild Things,” well, then you got a whole bunch of other movies to try out now, don’t ya?
And remember, don’t go believin’ everything you see on that TV screen. Most of it’s just make-believe. But sometimes, it’s fun to pretend, ain’t it? So go on, find yourself a movie, pop some popcorn, and have yourself a good time. That’s what life’s all about, far as I can tell.
And don’t forget to tell your friends about them movies you liked. Word of mouth is the best way to find good stuff, I reckon. Better than all them fancy websites and whatnot. Just good old-fashioned talkin’ to folks. That’s how we did it back in my day, and it worked just fine.
